In November, we launched the “Stem in Genere” project, an initiative promoting gender inclusion in STEM with a particular focus on opportunities for girls and boys. This initiative is the result of a collaboration with Associazione Chirone and is part of the IPAZIA project, conceived and promoted by the University of Brescia. The project aims to raise awareness among young generations about the importance of science, sharing stories of female figures who have revolutionized scientific history. We decided to start with the youngest, involving the Primary School in our neighborhood, Primo Maggio, and participating in creative and interactive activities. A starting point to offer equal learning opportunities to all, regardless of gender.
